Brief Answer:
it is likely to be a glandular swelling!

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Please dont worry , the pea like swelling is likely to be due to enlarged lymph glands and will subside in a few days.

most commonly the enlargement is due to a viral infection and needs no treatment except medications for fever like paracetamol 500mg 2-3 times a day and for cold like cetrizine 10 mg at night.

If however the swelling enlarges or becomes painful or you have pain while opening the jaw , you will need to meet an ent doctor , who will examine you and start appropriate antibiotics on you.

For the time being , dont worry , the swelling will go away by itself.

Take care
