What Causes Palpitations In Heart, Throat And Temporary Blindness?

Question: Hi, my husband experiencing very strange acute attack: it begins with heart palpitation, then palpitation in the throat, then one second of blindness and feelings like the skin on the head is shrinking. In severe case he feels like needle in his fingers. It start 2years ago. He made Stress Echo cardiogram, holter monitor(48hours),CT head scan. Everything was good enough. For 1.5 years he did not have any symptoms and now it starts again and sometimes is very severe. Don't know what to do. To what doctor we can apply?
