Brief Answer:
No urgency

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir

Welcome here!
I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Consultant Dermatologist.

I have noted your details, examined your picture and understand your concerns.

I find that the lesion corresponds to the fluid inside one of the glands which are normally present in the area and heat, lack of hygiene, and moisture can cause this.

Following measures are likely to give you relief:

1 Good hygiene

2 avoid tight clothing

3 Soft food that does not cause constipation

4 Avoid touching or scratching

5 Locally an antibiotic like Mupirocin or Fusidic acid

6 Observation to notice any changes like itching, oozing, or growth

It should settle in few days and without leaving any mark or deformity. It does not seem like a cancerous growth. You might show it to your physician when you get the opportunity.

I hope this information helps you in understanding the concern and that you are able to deal with it effectively.

Our best wishes, always!

I am very clean there, i always use a wet wipe. My stools are soft and i dont strain i go regular 2 to 3 times a day and its been there as a lump for months, not sure of colour. So truth you really dont think its cancerous? If there is any doubt i could get a trip a shore for a dr

Brief Answer:
You are safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir

Welcome back!

The suggestions that I gave for future use were intended to help early recovery as well as to reduce any future risks.

This particular area of the body is home to several microorganisms even in normal individuals. Therefore, the chances of getting infected due to these invisible germs are there even when a person is seemingly clean.

Your skin lesion does not seems like any cancerous growth.
It looks safe to wait for the present and observe the lesion as had been cancerous, it would have taken a turn for worse by now.

Hope this helps in alleviating your concerns.

Best wishes
