Brief Answer:
Keep close watch

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic,

I have gone through your query and clinical picture uploaded by you. Although picture uploaded by you is clear but the area of papule(Bump) is not clear minutely.

It looks like you have induced inflammation by manipulating it.

Leave it as such and keep close watch on the development.

Two differential diagnosis can be made:
1. Pearly penile papule
2. scabies

Possibilities of Molluscum contagiosum cannot be ruled out without seeing the minute details.

Is the lesion is itchy?
Duration of lesion?

You can having sex, bo it under protection. Use condom.

Hope this will help you.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
No medication

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome again,

If not itchy then scabies is unlikely.
I will advise you to not to put any medication over it and follow up the lesion. If there is any changes get back to us.
Wash the lesion with normal water, dont use savlon and dettol.
