Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic.

Itching and burning in anal canal happens because the chemicals & ingredients that make spicy food spicy. They are actually irritants to the body's system which causes a burning sensation at the anal canal when those chemicals are expelled. Spicy foods can irritate the lining of the stomach, and can also result in severe gastritis sometimes.

As per your question, it's highly unlikely that they are piles. As your history is very short (just 3 days). However a proctoscopic examination of canal by surgeon should be done. Only long term problem can causes piles.

Analysis fissure are just small tears in mucosa of rectum,Hence when food passes through these area severe pain is caused. Most of the time these fissures heals up with severe diet changes.

--Advice--

Take Syrup Mucaine gel twice daily 3 table spoon in half cup of water(over counter)
Laxative as and when required to pass loose stools.

Try to eat a lot of curd and yogurt.
