What Causes Painful Rashes Throughout The Body?

Posted on Wed, 27 Apr 2016
Question: My friend has a rash which began about 9 days ago on his side. The thing has spread and become in places almost like an open sore. He has no fever, nor loss of appetite. Just pain in the infected areas, made worse by being covered or in heat. The areas affected have clear fluid coming from them, but there is no noticeable smell or anything.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to infective or autoimmune cause.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the query and have checked the attached image. The condition seems intense and you should take him to a dermatologist without delay. It requires early intervention. It is hard to comment whether it is due to autoimmune cause or infective cause without a proper clinical evaluation. Treatment depends upon the underlying cause.

Let me know if I could help further.
