Brief Answer:
Testicular pain, multiple possibilities, Need work up and management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. pain in testicles is a tricky thing and it could be due to either causes inside the testis like or coiled tube behind it ( epididymis) or it could be referred pain from outside like inguinal hernia, kidney stones etc.

Testicle is a sensitive organ and a slight damage or trauma can cause a lot of pain. I would suggest some scrotal support to wear and get a scrotal examination and ultrasound to rule out any worrisome causes like torsion, epididymitis , spermatocele or gangrene etc.

Also abdominal work up to rule out any inguinal hernia or kidney stones. With your history of small mass and radiation to the ipsilateral knee makes it likely a referred pain due to hernia or stone or some other pathology.

There is only one way to know for sure. Get evaluated and wear scrotal support till then. Abstain from intimacy for a while as that may put the testis to trauma.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
