I have a boil/cyst on my back that happens to be in the muscle next to my spine and is causing pain when I move my neck. I have access to retinol .1 percent, silvadene, tiger balm and biofreeze. What would be the best to ease the soreness for the night until I can get some boil ease tomorrow.
