The main causes can be anything out of the following:
- Intestinal obstruction
- Aerophagia meaning swallowing of air
- Intestinal infections with gas producing bacteria
- Intestinal perforation
- Intolerance to certain foods and beverages.
- Some disease like Kidney failure, diabetes and so on.
One needs clinical evaluation and physical examination by a Doctor and investigations as per the history and examination.

BM's are regular, have not noticed any intolrances to foods and have not had any urinary problems. I do take Tylenol on a regular basis for chronic leg pain. No signs of jaundice
