What Causes Pain While Ejaculating?
Question: When I ejaculate during sex, it is painful and feels like the tube that carries the sperm might be partially blocked or swollen. Feels like it originates in left testicle. No problems urinating

Hello. You could be having infection in urine or sperm fluid which is usually the commonest cause of this symptom. I suggest you get a Urine and Semen culture done. The report will let you know whether there is infection and if it is there then what antibiotic medicines to take.
The medicines should be continued for two weeks at least as these infections are very difficult to treat.
