Brief Answer:
NSAID/Ranitidine. Evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

Sharp pain under left breast may be due to musculoskeletal pain or acid peptic disease (common causes) or due to cardiac cause. Kindly ask her to examine locally (just need to rule out any local cause).

Since occassional pain the cause may be musculoskeletal pain and will be relieved with NSAID like aceclofenac and if acid peptic disease, ranitidine may be helpful.

Considering her age I want her to rule out any cardiac cause so get checked her ECG, BP, electrolytes and lipid profile. If these investigations are normal then no need to worry much.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.

Wish you good health.
Regards
