Brief Answer:
Pain under left breast

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

If the x ray and EKG are normal then musculoskeletal pain is the likely cause. NSAIDS can be advised particularly if there is rib tenderness. GERD may also lead to such atypical chest pain and if there is history of heart burn and indigestion then PPIS and prokinetics can be advised.
