The following will decrease your pain:
Sitz bath
You have to sit in a tub with warm water before and after you pads motion and once in the evening.
Take laxatives like cremaffin plus 10 ml at bed time. This will soften the stool.
Painkiller like Ibuprofen thrice daily if it suits you.
Avoid foods that cause hard stools and pain.
You can apply Lignocaine jelly locally to reduce pain.
You need an examination by a General Surgeon to get a confirmed diagnosis, get a prescription of antibiotics, metronidazole if he feels is necessary.
Considering your age Colonoscopy should be done.
Anoid mental tensions, stress and anxiety as these increase the problems.
