Brief Answer:
Need some information from you ma'am, pls do respond

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would like to ask a few questions, which will help me in better understanding the possible cause for your presentation ma'am:

+Is there any visual presentation in the region in speaking? Like a rash, or any boils, or any signs of trauma, or irritation, etc.? If yes, then please do attach clear images of the region to our discussion for my examination or email them to me at: YYYY@YYYY
and please do mention "ATTN: Dr. Shoaib Khan" in the subject line so it can be easily directed to me
+Do you have any history of gastric conditions or symptoms? E.g. abdominal bloating, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, acid reflux, bitter taste in the mouth due to regurgitation of food or liquid, increased gas, burping, etc.?
+Rate your level of stress on a scale of 0 to 5; 0 being non-existent and 5 being way too overstressed
+How many meals do you have in a day? And how are they sized?
+Do you leave long gaps between your meals? Let me know the approximate hours left between each meal?
+Do you smoke? If yes, how much and how often?
+Alcohol consumption? If yes, how much and how often?
+How often do you consume coffee or tea?
+How many litres of water do you drink a day? In litres?
+Any history of cardiac conditions or abnormal lipid readings?
+Is the pain on both sides of the breasts or only on one breast?

Please do take time out to answer each question of mine as each of them provides enough information to me to better understand the cause for your presentation. I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Strongly suspecting a gastric cause and recommend the following

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again XXXXXXX

1. Good to know

2. I recommend a 24-hour acid pH monitoring; as I strongly suspect an issue with increased acid production and possibly no ulcer yet.

Also please avoid milk and all its products completely if it causes bloating, as you could possibly be lactose intolerant

3. Good

4. That is really bad for you Aria; eating small regular meals is most recommended to help treat your symptoms at this point. The main reason for your presentation is your poor intake, and long gaps between meals.

5. Do not skip any meals, I would recommend 5-6 smaller meals, this will also help increase your metabolism and promote weight loss (in case you are trying to lose weight)

6. Good to know

7. Alhamdulillah

8. Avoid drinking too much tea, and preferably keep a cup of tea (without milk) for after each meal (minimum 3 meals Aria). How do you react to XXXXXXX with milk (as in do you have abdominal bloating even after mixing XXXXXXX with milk?)?

9. Best to take around 2-3 L of plain water per day; this will help neutralise the acid in your stomach and also reduce your symptoms to a certain extent

10. Good to know; but lipid level will require dietary changes (TLC diet) and daily exercise (at least 30 minutes of walking per day)

11. Understood

I do suspect a gastric condition to be the cause for your symptoms, and so please do follow my suggestions as mentioned above along with this:

+Avoid long gaps between meals
+Take 1 tablet of 30 mg lansoprazole every morning 15 minutes before breakfast
+Avoid acidic fruits
+Avoid carbonated drinks
+Avoid long gaps between meals
+Have 5-6 smaller meals in a day
+Avoid overeating
+Avoid (As much as possible) fatty, fried, oily, spicy, outside food
+You can also take one tablet of either raniditine or omeprazole before each meal whenever you experience this pain XXXXXXX

I hope you find my response helpful. Please keep in touch with me and do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
The pain can present in that manner, try my suggestions religiously

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again XXXXXXX

Yes, the stomach once bloated or irritated triggers a pain reflux which can spread throughout the chest resulting in pain in and around the chest, which is why I strongly suspect a gastric cause.

It is best to avoid milk and other dairy products XXXXXXX you quite possibly may be lactose intolerant.

Best wishes.
