Brief Answer:
possibility of rheumatoid arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case with diligence.

As per your history and age there is possibility of rheumatoid arthritis or another possibility of spinal nerve compression in spine.

I will advise some important blood investigation like ASO titre, RA factor, ACCP, CRP, ESR, CBC.If you have done rest do ACCP which is more specific.

If on clinical examination disc compression is suspected then,
I will advise you to do MRI spine
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

You can continue your medication till reports arrive.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.

Hello again,

I will advise you to do ACCP which is more specific for rheumatoid arthritis.
As your sister has RA there is possibility of inheritance to you also.
Thats good that your ANA is negative.

For your low vit D you need to take vit D supplement weekly.
