Brief Answer:
could be irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms are suggestive of IBS. As it is recurrent and not responding to conventional antibiotics.

I would suggest that you see a gastro specialist and get a colonoscopy done to help reach a diagnosis. As IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. It will help rule out inflammatory conditions of the bowel too.

Hope i have been helpful.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Verma
