Question: My pee hole hurts all the time ..more when I have sex or pee...pee color is dark Yellow and smells..I'm a male. Thank u

Dear,
I can understand your concern .
On the basis of information that you have given to me it is suggestive of urinary tract infection . It may also be caused by any ulcer or injury to external urethral opening that is pee hole or glans penis that is distal most part of penis.
To confirm the diagnosis complete history and examination of glans as well as external urethra is required . If needed certain test such as hemogram , urine analysis. can be done.

So in my opinion you should consult your physician and discuss about it. In the interim drink plenty of fluids. It helps.
