I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it can be related to GERD/ Gastro esophageal Reflux disease, dyspepsia or gallstone leading to cholelithiasis, cholecystitis. Empiric treatment with PPIs like esomeprazole and pro kinetics such as domeperidone can be advised for two weeks to look for improvement. An ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, ALT, GGT, ALP, bilirubin levels, viral Hepatitis profile , ekg can be advised if the symptoms persist.
