Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Ji.

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complaint, I have noted your present history of Root Canal treatment and also history of Bye-pass surgery, Internal Bleeding and also medications that you are presently taking.

First of all I would like to tell you to relax as you will get relieved soon.

The cause of pain and difficulty in opening the mouth wide during or after root canal treatment is generally due to infection in the area and it can cause difficulty in mouth opening, pain.

Another cause can be problem associated with the jaw joint that can occur even after prolonged dental treatment sessions.

I would like to know a few more details before I can guide you towards treatment..
1. Are you presently taking CIP-ZOX or the 3 days course is over?
2. Has the root canal treatment completed or is still going on?
3. Is there any swelling over the cheek along with difficulty in mouth opening?
4. Has there been any relief with the medication [CIP-ZOX] or no?
5. Do you also experience any pain or discomfort in the area in front of the ear or pain inside the ear on opening and closing the mouth?
6. Do you experience any clicking sound on opening and closing the mouth?

Kindly revert back with answers..

Wish you a good health..

Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Most probably infection, continue mediation, x Ray

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your reply, the symptoms seems probably due to infection only..

As you just took two doses of the medications you should continue with the same for the advised 3 days course..

But as CIP-ZOX is a painkiller and muscle relaxant combination you need to consult with your treating dentist and discuss about taking antibiotics that will help in resolving infection..

Also get an X-ray done to get checked for other adjacent teeth as any of them might be getting decayed and also to check for the exact status of the Root Canal treated tooth..

Also try to gradually open your mouth so that it will slowly get better.
Take soft diet..

Any further questions are welcome..

Regards..
