Brief Answer:
Could be Gastritis or Pancreatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
The commonest cause of pain upper abdomen is Gastritis or stomach/ duodenal ulcer specially if associated with belching.
Radiation to back is a special feature Pancreatitis or pain originating in organs behind the stomach(Retro-peritoneal organs).
I suggest you see your GP or a GI Surgeon and get an Ultrasound and an Upper GI Endoscopy which would be able to tell whether there is any problems with the organs inside. If they dont suggest any problem then you can undergo a
CECT Abdomen which if is normal then probably nothing to worry about.
I usually start my patients on Tab Pantoprazole or Cap Omeprazole twice a day half an hour before meals. This usually decreases or relieves such pains by reducing stomach acid secretion.
Do let me know the results of the investigations so that I can guide you further.

Brief Answer:
UGI endoscopy cannot detect Pancreatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
Firstly inflammation in the stomach can explain the pain as described and for that you will require the medication that I had prescribed in my previous answer.
Upper GI Endoscopy cannot detect Pancreatitis. That can be diagnosed by an Ultrasound abdomen or even better a CECT abdomen.
Also, blood tests like Serum Amylase and Lipase help to detect the severity of the Pancreatitis once it is diagnosed.
Gastritis presents with pain upper abdomen with nausea +/- feeling of acid regurgitation like burning behind the throat and in the chest. In severe cases, vomiting can be a symptom.
Pancreatitis presents with pain upper abdomen which radiates to the back. It can also have nausea +/- vomiting. It can also lead to loss of appetite and the pain is more severe in Pancreatitis than Gastritis.

Brief Answer:
It is most likely Gastritis. Both together are unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
You probably have Gastritis as all your symptoms point towards Gastritis.
It is quite unlikely to have both Gastritis and Pancreatitis together.
The symptoms of upper abdominal discomfort with belching and burning sensation and headache are all symptoms of Gastritis and GERD(Gastro Esophageal Reflux disease).
You can get an Ultrasound abdomen done which can easily rule out Pancreatitis if you have a doubt. But you definitely need the drugs mentioned in my first answer to decrease the acid secretion in your stomach.
You will need to continue the medicines for at least 3 months.
Also, avoid any spicy foods and hot beverages and fried food. Do not lie down immediately after meals, try and walk or be active after all meals for 20 to 30 minutes. Avoid alcohol and do not smoke. All these measures will help improve your Gastritis. Also, try and raise the head end of your bed slightly to decrease acid reflux.
Take care,
