Question: My toe is on fire and it hurts really bad

I think a course of prednisone would be of possible benefit but you need treatment supervised by your doctor.

This appears to be a flare of gout with a UA level of 11.6.

Risk factors include your recent diet. You need to try and stop drinking alcohol for a while. Use the internet to search for low urate diet.

You should get quick relief with something like prednisone and your doctor can discuss this or possibly another treatment for you if that is his opinion.
