Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction to cipro

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have recently been treated with cipro for an infection and while taking it you developed pain on the roof of your mouth. This is an idiosyncratic reaction to the cipro. This is a self limiting problem ans will resolve over the next week. I would recommend continuing to use the magic mouthwash though I know it is only temporary relief. There are no medications that will help this problem. the good news is that your doctor did get blood work and all was normal which is another major side reaction to cipro.

The picture you sent does not show thrush at all.

So in summary
1. Idiosyncratic reaction to cipro
2. Continue magic mouthwash
3. Self limiting about 1 week
