What Causes Pain In The Right Lower Side Of The Abdomen?

Question: Occasional, sometimes not there, slight discomfort, very slight pain (perhaps too strong a word) in lower right side of belly, abdomen, which comes and goes at odd times. It lasts when it comes only about four or five seconds. Bowel movements regular, on time each day, usually twice a day.
