Occasional, sometimes not there, slight discomfort, very slight pain (perhaps too strong a word) in lower right side of belly, abdomen, which comes and goes at odd times. It lasts when it comes only about four or five seconds. Bowel movements regular, on time each day, usually twice a day.

Brief Answer: It could be Appendicitis. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for posting in health care magic. Pain in the right lower side of the abdomen can be due to infection of Appendix or Stone in the Ureter. Ultrasound abdomen will confirm the diagnosis.
