Brief Answer:
Breast ultrasound should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by a mass in the breast or in the armpit. This mass can be an abscess or breast tumor. If so, you should be able to palpate some hardness in the breast and in the armpit.
It is also possible that the pain comes from the spine disc compression, however it usually does not give breast symptoms.
I suggest you to consult your doctor. Breast ultrasound is the first test you should have.

Hope this helps.
Regards
