default
Posted on Thu, 29 Sep 2016
Question: I have pain in my side. On ribcage. It seems exterior. It's been bothering me for almost a week. It was getting less painful and then last night I sneezed and it seized up and hurts as much as it did at beginning. What's the best way to relax the muscle and promote healing. Wrapping it tight seems to help.
