Question: Pain in middle of chest, left arm aches, vision is blurry, and right calf aches.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is important performing a comprehensive differential diagnosis between different causes that may lead to this symptomatology:

- inflammation
- coronary artery disease
- anxiety, etc.

For this reason I recommend going to the ER for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes
- a chest x-ray study
- some blood lab tests ( complete blood count, blood electrolytes, PCR, sedimentation rate, kidney and liver function tests).
