Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Your symptoms are typical of a musculoskeletal pain, probably due to a wrong position during sleeping. There is nothing to worry about your heart, because your symptoms are not typical of any cardiac disorders. I would just recommend taking Tylenol or ibuprofen and avoid straining physical activity. There is no need for any tests. Just try to relax and don't worry about it!

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Regards,
Dr. Iliri
