What Causes Pain In The Left Testicle?

Question: Sir, my age is 27 and unmarried and I started my mastubating at age of 18 I used to masturbat by hand but after 20 years I used to masturbat by rub my penis on bed but now few week back I am not masturbating by rubbing on bed. But before mastubating when I fell sexual exiting den I will rub it for sometime on bed and after dat I use my hand to masturbat.
Now since 6 days am having pain in left testicle only when I touch left testicle back side or something touches dat area. When I touch back side of left testicle then only 1 nurve is paining upto left lower abdomen and sometimes there is pain in left side of pensi.
Is this a serious problem?

Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have posted pain in backside of left testicle and up to groin is due to infection of Epididymis and Vas Difference .

You need Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.

Start taking following medications
1) Broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
2) Anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac and serropeptidase twice daily

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Epididymis is a common problem which gets cured with medicines suggested .You need to take medications for 2-3 weeks ..

Ensure to avoid masturbation till it gets cured completely .
