Question: The base of ny skull on the left side is aching. It runs down my neck and upper back. And weird sensation in my left arm. I dont know if its muscle tension or something else

I will recommend that you get some rest. If possible, please get some massage to relax the muscles of the neck and back. This will be very helpful. You may also want to use a combination of Tylenol and Ibuprofen as recommended by your pharmacist to help ease the pains.
