Question: I had these same cramps and pain 2 weeks ago I went to urgent care they thought I try might be kidney stones but they said the for sure way to tell is to go to the er I didn't go and I started felling better. I feel a little better now but that's because I took pain med the urgent care gave me last time. I have cramps in my back all the way around to my front in my belly, I get really bad joint aches and sometimes feel like I am having congestion what is this I yt? Interrupts my life

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in the back radiating anteriorly around the loin.

This is mostly due to stone either in kidney or ureter.However this can be confirmed by doing following basic tests.
1) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen.
2) Routine urine test and urine culture .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and further treatment.

In the mean while continue taking antibiotic and pain killers.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute
