Brief Answer:
seems like Epididymitis ( which is inflammation of testicle), due to slight trauma etc

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pain in testicles can be due to many causes which include- Epididymitis ( which is inflammation of testicle), due to slight trauma on testicles, infections like orchitis, Kidney stones, hydrocele, varicocele, scrotal masses, testicular torsion or even urinary tract infection sometimes.

A physical examination is mandatory to exclude from the above. Pain in your stomach may be referred pain due to the pain in testicles.

I suggest a color doppler of scrotum to confirm diagnosis.

Hope it helps!
