Question: I have experienced a sensation like I am being bitten at the bottom of my testicles only in the last few days

Such symptoms can be caused by testicle inflammation, epidydimis, varicocele.
Please try to palpate your testicles and see if there is no lump present. If you will find noodles like structures, varicocele are the most probable. Lump presence needs to be verified and cancer ruled out.
I suggest you to consult urologist with this issue. Testis ultrasound should be done.

I had sex with someone other than my partner about 3 weeks ago but I do know her from before months ago and had o problems . These symptoms are not related to sex do you think ?

I do not thing this is related to the sex and caused by any STD. In case of sex related issue, you would get urethra burning/stinging instead of testicles problem. So most likely this is something else.
