Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I have read your history carefully.

Its most likely Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Treatment response should be seen and evaluated after two weeks
Empirically , Esomeprazole, Sucralfate, itopride and Bismuth subsalicylates can be started for two weeks at least.

A stool R/E and an Ultrasound Abdomen and Pelvis should be done, too.
If the symptoms persist then Upper G.I endoscopy should be done to confirm reflux disease or rule out other causes in consultation with your doctor.
24 hour ph monitoring and /or manometery studies may also be done in addition to the endoscopy.

Let me know if you have any query
thanks
