Brief Answer:
You need to take Pregabalin M at night time

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. You are suffering from cervical spondylitis. This condition needs long time treatment and physiotherapy. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Get MRI of neck to confirm the diagnosis. If compression is less then fifty percent then you need physio. if it is more then fifty percent then surgery.
2.Hot water fomentation
3. volitran gel local application.
4.Avoid jerky activities or travelling.
5. Intermittent cervical traction exercises is also helpful.
6.Tablet Pregabalin M needs to be taken at night time.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks

Brief Answer:
There is no muscle damage but wasting

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ji.
there is no muscle damage. It is just wasting. So as soon as pain will decrease and you will use your shoulder your muscle strength will improve. Also you need to continue physiotherapy.
thanks

Thanks for clarification doctor , in physiotherapy they told me that some exercises are for relaxing muscle and some for gaining strength. so I think it is same logic as you told , medicine for relaxing and use of muscle for strength .
