Hello,

I have studied your case and I think that your pain can be due to tendinitis in shoulder. I have following suggestions for you.
1. Xray of the shoulder to see if there is any abnormal bone.
2. Tablet Tramadol daily for three days after discussing with your doctor.
3. Voletran ointment can be applied over shoulder after hot water fomentation.
