Brief Answer:
Monitor only now!

Detailed Answer:
Hi an thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this discomfort. I have reviewed this information fully and there is no red flag that should call for immediate aggressive interventions. With your recent Ct and urine test showing no abnormality, there is no need to be alarmed. I will suggest that you stay calm and observe only. Unless something else comes up, there is no need to panic. I will suggest that you take Tylenol only for pain and monitor. If it gets worse, then let me know and we may want to explore the testicles and inguinal region further. If this stays same or responds to tylenol, we can therefore go on with that.

I wish you well and keep me posted about this. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Thanks Doctor .. I will follow the same ... But the discomfort is going on for last 1 month on and off ... One more thing .. I play cricket almost twice a week .. Dont know if it is of that cause ... Is there any cancer or any other serious problems there?

Brief Answer:
That might be a possible cause!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this precision.

Cricket could be a contributing factor to this. Is it possible to get some rest from this and see how you feel? No, this cannot be cancer. If it were cancer, the CT scan would have at least reported enlarged nodes or tissue..

Be relaxed about this. All would soon be okay!.
