Eczematous dermatitis; Moisturizer and Topical steroid+Salicylic acid oint.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you for the Image. I can see dryness and scaly patch on the affected skin. You seem to have an eczematous skin condition.
I suggest you to use a good moisturizing cream over it, at least twice daily. In addition I would also suggest you to use a topical potent steroid+salicylic acid combination ointment e.g dipsalic-f ointment (clobetasol propionate 0.05% and sailcylic acid 3% in an ointment base) Or halovate-s ointment (halobetasol propionate 0.05% and salicylic acid 3% in an ointment base), twice daily, over and above the moisturizer.
Topical steroid ointments are prescription medications and I suggest that you use them under supervision and dierction of a local dermatologist in your region.
