What Causes Pain In Right Ovary Area And Pressure In Groin?

Question: I have had dull pain in my right ovary area and a pressure in the groin and lower right back pain none of them seem to go away its been 4 days this did happen after a day of deep sea fishing. I first thought I had a uti because I have frequent urination with no pain. I took uristat for 2 days but not much change
