I read your question and i understand your concern. Right side chest pain with fever need a little work up to sort out the cause. It could be related to lungs like pneumonia or any other lower respiratory tract infection or it could be related to gallbladder like cholecystitis. Get blood work up, chest radiographs and abdominal ultrasound to see if it helps.
