Brief Answer:
Possibility of cervical radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
At this age,the first possibility can be cervical spondylosis causing compression of nerve supplying upper limb.
Is there any swelling, weakness or urinary complains?
You need to get evaluated by a neurologist.
Xray or cervical Mri may be required.
Pain modulator medication like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin can be used.
Neck isometric exercises will be helpful.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
