What Causes Pain In Right Abdomen, Breasts And Ankles?
Question: hi, my name is XXXXXXX and im experiencing some issues my abdomen is extended and some pain and discomfort on my right upper side as well as pain and discomfort just below my breasts but in the middle (where my scar is from my galbladder removal and both my ankles are swollen, and my skin around my ankles are very dry looking and im just feeling off, this did happen to me once before but the last time it happened i had cramping in my legs and i couldnt walk for almost the whole day, but the next morning i woke up without the symptoms so i did not seek help for it. not sure if this would be related but when i was in the hospital for my galbladder removal i had pancreatitis and they said my liver doesn't function properly it cant break down the bile the way its supposed to, not sure if knowing that is helpful

Based on your query facts,You seem to have Post-cholecystectomy Syndrome.
You seem to have feet edema with swollen ankles.
Malabsorption anemia accompanied with post cholecystectomy is the cause for swollen ankles.
Its seems that you had pancreatitis secondary to Gall bladder ?stones.
Overhydration from conscious over intake, has mostly lead to ankle edema with accompanied malabsorption anaemia.-this would need treat with Vit B12-5000 mcgm , daily would recover this anemia in 2 weeks time.
I would suggest you to get LFT / with USG Liver / CT abdomen to assess the cause of this post- chole-cystetomy (PCS)pain.
