Brief Answer: constipation? Detailed Answer: Hello If you have constipation then you may have cramping abdominal pain if you exert pressure . If your bowels are normal then you should not be getting any pain related to that . You may have had trauma or a muscle pull due to bad posture which hurts upon exerting pressure . Apply cold fomentation or a local muscle relaxant and note . If no relief get examined by a doctor . Rule out costo chondritis and pleurisy . You should be ok .

My bowel movements are normal. It felt like a hard pressure pain right below my rib cage. I haven't had any trauma or anything out of the ordinary. And is it too early to feel my baby move?
