Brief Answer:
Renal stone and muscular pain are possibilities
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I admire your concern.
Though the urinary dipstick test result is quite normal I still think of a possibility of kidney stone as the pain described by you typically describes the pain of renal origin though muscular pain is always a second possibility.
To exclude kidney stone you should have an ultrasonographic (USG) examination of kidney, urinary bladder and prostate (USG-KUBP). The stone may be very small and probably that's why your urinary dipstick is quite normal. Along with USG-KUBP you also should have a chest x-ray (PA View) because sometimes pleurisy may be associated with renal disorder even not showing any abnormality on chest x-ray.
You should take at least 3 liter of water per day because small stone may come out spontaneously.
For muscular disorder exclusion you must take a leave from your walk for at least 7 days and take tizanidine hydrochloride 2 mg thrice daily for 7 days or thiocolchicoside 8 mg thrice daily. If the pain subsides then I don't think any further investigation is required.
For renal pain the drug of choice is diclofenac sodium which you can take twice daily after food along with pantoprazole before food.
Hope for the best. Get well soon. Keep in touch. God bless you.

one other thing i should mention,if i lift something of weight like kettle, in right hand ,it hurts?pain is dull continous pain, that is relieved by lying at certain angles

Brief Answer:
Approach will be same.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your further information. This history reminds me about the muscular pain which is more likely. By the way the approach I have told you previously. If possible then kindly follow you, You will get an answer to your pain. If the pain is purely of muscular origin then no permanent cure is there for permanent relief. Pain will come and go. You have to notice closely which specific activity is causing pain and you have to avoid that activity. Avoidance is the best remedy for persisting muscular pain and take the medications as and when needed.
If you want to know more you can ask me without hesitation.
Thank you

Dr Arnab Maji
Brief Answer:
Ice will not be of help
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am always here to relieve your anxiety.
I don't think ice does have a much effect on pain relief. Heat may be of benefit. Ice is not prescribed for pain relief usually. But you can have a try.
If you are happy with my answer you kindly write a review for me.
Thank you.

Dr Arnab Maji
