What Causes Pain In Penis And Testicles?

Question: Hello Doctor,
I have pain exactly above my pennis and sometime towards right and left but not in the exact corner. Somey
times my hip joint also pains. And when i lie down for sleeping testicles pain and the pain feeling is similar when somethong hits that portion. And sometimes i feel burning sensation also. Usually i feel burning during ejacuation(usually I do that by sleeping facing ground and i put something below my pennis and do this practice i am doinh from years - anytging wrog with this practice? I am unmareied age 26). Any possible casue you can make out with mu description ? What is this condition called ?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in testicles and penis when you lie down in prone position.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you routinely masturbate in prone position?
2) Do you have other urinary symptoms ?

The pain in penis while ejaculating and in testicles is mostly due to positional discomfort while masturbating in prone position .This position exerts pressure on testicles and there is friction injury to urethra due to vigorous shaking against the bed or pillow resulting into inflammation of urethra which may be the cause of your pain in penis .

Please change the position and observe for any change in symptoms .

In the mean while you can take anti inflammtory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Hello Doc, Thank you. Yes i do masturbate ikn prone position from years. and other urinary symptoms means i was feeling to urinate frequently some time back and here is ultra sound scan attached. and also urine analysis done. Actually i stopped mastributing from month but still pain is there. one important question sometimes i feel my testicles moving and up and down and skin on it move and i can feel it when u sit idle suddenly not always but sometimes is it common ? and it wont pain or i dont see any swelling on testicles. does lymp node swellling causes testicle pain ?

Your reports of urine analysis and Ultrasound Scanning are normal as far as Kidney,Testis and Epididymis are concerned .

As regards position of testis it always varies according to outside temperature and has no significance at all.

There are no lymph nodes in vicinity of testicles . Small lymph node swelling per se won't cause pain.

Hello Doctor , Thank you for you answer. Now what could be the cause ? and what should be tretment ? and do i have to consult urologist for such issues or some other specilist ? sometimes pain is more and i couldnt sleep for sometime. so

The reason for pain is inflammation of urethra due to trivial injury to urethra caused by friction while masturbating vigorously in prone position .

You need to consult qualified Urologist for assessment .He may do endoscopic examination of Urethra.(Urethroscopy). The treatment would depend on the findings of the physical examination and other investigations like above.

For now you should follow the treatment I elucidated above, which is to take anti inflammtory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Hello Doctor, Thank you for the response. do you think reason for pain around pennis and testicles is due to mastribution or something else but this all started one by one intially i had only burning sensation during mastribution and now this pain from past 1 week around testicles. and sometimes around hip and lega too. ?
