What Causes Pain In Penis After Having Sex?

Question: Two days ago i had sex. Halfway through i used a condom which i havent used in several months. My wife is pregnant and we have no stds except for HPV. Shortly after having sex i experienced severe pain while urinating. The pain is at tip of penis/ urethra and goes away after about 2 minutes after peeing. Feels like glass or a papercut

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acute inflammation of external urinary meatus (Opening) .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Does your wife has white vaginal discharge which is acidic in nature and common during pregnancy.

It could be due to white vaginal discharge or allergic reaction to chemicals used as a lubricant in condom.

Please get your routine urine test done .

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

This should get resolved within a week.

Yes my wife does have that discharge. The pain is especially present when stream first starts
