Brief Answer:
It could be due some anal region problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

From your description it seems there are couple of common possibilities:

1.Anal fissure: there is cut in the skin of anal region or inside the terminal part of rectum:the reasons could be some infection, hard stool, constipation etc.

2. Some infection in the area:could be due to some local skin infection or hair root infection.

Please do following which should help:

Avoid constipation
Drink plenty of fluids
Avoid spicy food
Avoid maize products and bakery items like bread etc.
Do some warm water fomentation to the local part by sitting in largemouth vessel twice in a day.
Take analgesic that you are comfortable with.

Consult your doctor if :
Above measures do not help
Increasing pain

I hope this helps.

Wishing you speedy recovery.

Thank you! I was thinking analfissure as well since it occurs after constipation and during that time there are traces of blood on tissue. I will do as you recommended!
