Brief Answer:
More data is needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,

I am sorry for the painful situation you are in.

Now, you are reporting to:
- have extreme pain in lower right side
- have a previous history of several surgerie.
- have been diagnosed with inflamed ileum and cecum.

First, I need to know: WHY YOU HAD SURGERY? This information would help me with specific advice.

Next, the pain you are having is due to inflamed ileum and cecum. Further colonoscopy and ct-scan is advised to evaluate it further. To my impression, you might be having a previous history of bowel tumor, for which, you have been prescribed chemio.

I need more data to understand your current situation. Any lab reports you might have can send to me.

With regards to surgery, if inflammation is active, you cannot undergo surgery as it is dangerous.

Looking forward to have your data in!
