Brief Answer:
may be different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If in office urine analysis and lab culture have ruled out urinary tract infection then you need to be assessed for other causes of pain on urination.

The main other possible causes are: (1) stone in some aspect of the urinary tract

(2)urethritis- this is inflammation of the urethra which is the passage way that connects to the bladder, urine exits the body through the urethra

Though most commonly due to infection, it can also occur as a result of chemical irritation

(3)mass in an aspect of the urinary tract . Urinary tract includes the kidneys, ureter, bladder, urethra

(4)urinary stricture

You may want to consider imaging (an ultrasound) to take a look at the urinary tract. This would be able to assess for any stones, masses or other abnormalities.

The treatment would depend on the cause found.

If it is a stone, then if it is small, copious fluids and pain management would be the main treatment.

If a mass is present, treatment would depend on the location and type of mass.
