Hi Vaishalee,

Thanks for follow up.Actually pain is not in backbone. Actually the pain is happening in the joint, which is located between at end of right thigh and start of waist. There is knee and just above that thigh starts, where our thigh ends , that portion I am getting pained. Generally the boys are wearing belts, that waist joint, getting pained. And right side joint. The pain starts since last 10 days. When I am walking around 1 km or 2 km that joint is getting pained and when I am sitting like a yogic posture that time also it's pained. When I am sleeping ,by making face towards sky , that time also same joint getting pained.

Brief Answer:
It will get better on its own

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

From your response it seems that your sacroiliac joint is hurting since 10 days. Such back pains usually subside on their own within a month. If it does not subside or it gets worse, then you will need to get blood tests, x-ray etc done under guidance of orthopedic surgeon.

Till then do the exercises within limits. Do not sit for prolong times. Take pain-killer like ibuprofen. If pain is worse then you can take aceclofenac. Do warm compresses. Give the joint adequate rest.
