Hi

Below are the information you have asked for:

1.The pain started after two-three days of exercise.
2. Pain is at the center of the lower abdomen and also in the area just below lower abdomen. Pain is a bit squeezing. Whenever I bend down or pull my legs up, it pains, else it doesn't.
3. The severity of pain is LOW.
4. It never happened before, and I did not talk to any doctor regarding this.
5. Besides exercises, I play table tennis regularly, here I there is a scope to bend and play.

I hope I have given you some inputs. Please let me know if further inputs required.

Thank You
XXXX

Brief Answer:
Looks like muscular sprain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the details.

After going through the details, I feel that you might be suffering with muscular sprain due to exercises. As the pain is bearable, I feel there is nothing to worry and you can carry on with your exercises. In case of severe pain, avoid exercising for few days and can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen.

Make sure you do proper warm ups before exercises and cooling down after exercises.

Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications, will be happy to help you.

Regards.
